The FIABCI Scholarship Foundation was established as a nonprofit 501(c)3 corporation to provide aid and travel assistance to students who demonstrate an interest in the field of international real estate or are enrolled in real estate related courses at a qualified university. Your philanthropic gift will nurture these future real estate professionals. Contributors may allocate their tax-deductible donations to any of the following scholarship funds:

  • The Ir. Ciputra Scholarship
  • The E. Ren้ and Cissy Frank Scholarship
  • The FIABCI Member Fund
  • The General Fund
  • The Madlin-Eychner Scholarship
  • The Maurice Acers & Ebby Halliday Scholarship
  • The Cecilia Meng Scholarship
  • The Vance Otis Scholarship
  • The Gustav Saedberg Scholarship
  • The Ferry Sonneville Scholarship
  • The Tsuboi Scholarship
  • The Zijlstra Scholarship
  • New scholarships may be established through a founding contribution of $25,000. Please keep the Foundation in mind when considering your estate planning alternatives. There are four other donor categories:
    • Friends ($100)
    • Donors ($500)
    • Patrons ($1,000)
    • Benefactors ($5,000).
    Contributors are recognized in the newsletter and with a special ribbon at the FIABCI-USA national meetings. Various fund raising events designed to support the Scholarship Foundation are held throughout the year.
