Ground Transportation from Miami International Airport
If you are arriving at the Miami International Airport, there is a commuter train (Tri-Rail) that can take you from the Miami airport to West Palm Beach.
The train ride takes about 2 hours and is very inexpensive ($5.50 on a weekday!). There is a free shuttle from Lower Concourse E (in the international terminal of the Miami airport). The shuttle takes you to the train station, where you purchase tickets. You arrive at the West Palm Beach train station, from where you can take a taxi to your hotel. We recommend you arrive at the West Palm Beach train station during the day (not after dark) and pay attention to your belongings.
If you have any questions, Tri-Rail train staff are available from 4am -11pm every day at 1-800-874-7245 or 954-942-7245. Full information can be found at: http://www.tri-rail.com/.
